Foundations for Success in STEM
Foundations for Success in STEM provides professional development training and support for nearly 2,800 elementary school teachers in Florida. The program utilizes Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI), a proven approach to improving student understanding, and enriching teacher skills in elementary level mathematics.
Through CGI, Foundations for Success in STEM has helped provide150,000 elementary school students in Florida with a foundation for success in a variety of critical-need STEM fields.
Your support of the Foundations for Success in STEM program will help provide more professional development support for elementary education teachers throughout Florida and allow us to expand beyond the ten districts currently engaged with the program.
