Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum gift amount?

Yes, Nole fans must make a gift of at least $35 to receive the Summer-Nole box.

When will I receive my box?

Your Summer-Nole box should arrive in the mail within three to six weeks after you have made your gift.

Can I get more than one box?

Yes, but only if you make separate transactions each time. Only one Summer-Nole box will be mailed per transaction.

What is inside the box?

Your Summer-Nole box includes a lip balm and sunscreen duo stick, a beach tote, a beach ball and a koozie.

Can I donate more than the recommended minimum gift amount?

Yes, of course. All gifts are welcome and highly appreciated. You may use the “other” option to make a gift of any amount.

Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

How will you know where to send my item?

Please enter your current mailing address in the “donor information” portion of the donation form so that we can send your Summer-Nole box to the right place.

Is my gift tax deductible?

Yes. You will receive a tax receipt via email after you make a gift. However, please note that there was an exchange of goods and services upon your donation. The fair market value ($25) of the items we provide will reduce your gift's tax credit per federal tax regulations.

What will my gift support?

Your gift will support the greatest area of need around campus, including, but not limited to, book stipends, scholarships, access to food, safe housing and so much more!

What if I don’t want the box and I just want to make my gift to the University’s Greatest Need fund?

Thank you for your support! You can donate to the University’s Greatest Needs directly to support current FSU students.

How do I verify or change my mailing address after my gift has been processed?

For any inquiries regarding your mailing address, please email annualgiving@foundation.fsu.edu, and a team member will respond and verify the received information.
