Flying High Circus Expansion Project

Help the Student Foundation support and bring awareness to Florida State University’s Flying High Circus Expansion Project

The Student Foundation is a student-run Direct Support Organization that is overseen by the FSU Foundation and the Division of Student Affairs. The Student Foundation’s mission is to ignite a spirit of giving among students in hopes of inspiring philanthropic action and bettering Florida State University. This year, the Student Foundation has chosen the Circus as their philanthropic beneficiary. The Circus, one of Florida State's most iconic student activities, was created in 1947 as an extracurricular activity to integrate men and women when FSU first became a co-ed college. Its spellbinding performances and gravity-defying acts have dazzled audiences for decades. The Circus is largely reliant on donations to provide training for students, assist them in developing new skills, and continue to captivate our community with their annual performances. Understanding the Circus' legacy and impact on our university community is why the Student Foundation is overjoyed to support this program for this year's FSU’s Great Give!
