When will I receive my New Nole box?
Your FSU New Nole box should arrive in the mail within four to six weeks after you have made your gift.
Can I get more than one New Nole box?
Yes, but only if you make separate transactions each time. Only one New Nole Box will be mailed per transaction.
Can you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
How will you know where to send my New Nole Box?
Please enter your current mailing address in the “donor information” portion of the donation form so that we can send your New Nole Nole Box to the right place.
Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes. You will receive a tax receipt via email after you make a gift. However, please note that there was an exchange of goods and services upon your donation. The fair market value ($50) of the items we are providing will reduce the tax credit of your gift in accordance with federal tax regulations.
How do I verify or change my mailing address after my gift has been processed?
