Roughly 30% of the FSU undergraduate student body are the first in their families to go to college—a situation that comes with many challenges, many of which are centered around financial insecurities related to affording tuition, books, room and board, food and other living expenses. Your gift aids these talented scholars on their journey to break generational barriers by becoming the first in their families to graduate college.
Right now, the state of Florida matches all gifts to this fund two to one, which means for every dollar you give, the state will donate two. A gift of $5 would automatically become $15, tripling your gift’s impact!
