Subject Matter Research Consultants
Through part-time employment of ten young adult subject matter research consultants (SMRC), our unique model cultivates a sustainable, reciprocal working relationship with people from the communities that IDHI’s research serves. The SMRC are embedded throughout multiple research projects like the Adolescent Medicine Trials Network for HIV Interventions, providing guidance on study design, implementation and recruitment, and supporting data analysis and dissemination of findings.
