Allan G. Bense Endowed Scholarship Fund
In honor of his years as a dedicated public servant and his devotion to Florida State University, the Allan G. Bense Endowed Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships for first-generation students pursuing a degree at Florida State University Panama City. Donations will go toward endowing the fund, providing scholarships in perpetuity.
